Special Projects Support: Data, Tech & Logistics
--Swangeni--
The Role: We are a boutique advisory unit running a high-speed "Stealth Project" in the Climate Finance sector. We are not just writing reports; we are building a national digital engine (The "Digital Finance Atlas").
We need 2-3 Multi-Disciplinary Associates to act as the "Engine Room" for the Lead Advisor. You will be part Data Analyst, part Digital Builder, and part Operations Manager.
What you will actually do (The "Stuff"):
The Brains (Research): Analyzing complex Policy/Legal documents and extracting the "Gold" (Data points).
The Build (Tech): Configuring our Digital Platform (Odoo), building website pages, and setting up automated workflows. (No coding, just logic).
The Hustle (Ops): Managing stakeholder lists, scheduling high-level meetings, and ensuring the project runs like a Swiss watch.
Who fits this?
The Hybrid Mind: You might be a Law student who loves Excel, or an Engineer who can write a professional email. We don't care about your degree; we care about your Output.
The "Figure-it-Out" Factor: We don't hold hands. If we need a dashboard by 5 PM, you figure out how to build it.
Tech-Fearless: You treat new software like a video game—you learn the controls and master it in 24 hours.
The "No Compromise" Filter:
Excel Skills: You must know how to clean, sort, and pivot data.
Own Laptop: Mandatory.
Availability: Immediate start.
How to Apply: Apply below and take the "Vibe & Logic Assessment". (Warning: We reject generic applications. Show us you can think).
Responsibilities
- Data Mining: Extracting critical financial data from complex Policy PDFs & Reports.
- The "Engine" Build: Configuring the Odoo Database, cleaning lists, and tagging stakeholders.
- The "Fixer" Work: Scheduling high-level meetings and managing the Lead Advisor’s chaos.
- Digital Ops: Building simple website pages and setting up automated email workflows.
- Quality Control: Ensuring every piece of data entering the system is 100% accurate.
Must Have
- Excel Supremacy: You eat Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs for breakfast. (not really but be good enough)
- Tech Speed: You can watch a tutorial and master new software in 24 hours (specifically Odoo).
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Own Gear: You have a reliable Laptop and Internet connection.
Nice to have
- The "Quant" or "Law" Brain: Background in Engineering, Data Science, Law, or Policy.
- Odoo Knowledge: You’ve used it before (or you’re smart enough to lie about it and learn it tonight).
- Personality: We need someone to organize the visionary's ideas
- Resilience: You don't panic when the plan changes 5 times in one day.
What's great in the job?
- Zero Coffee Runs: You are not an intern fetching lunch. You are building a national asset.
- The "Master Class": You will learn more about Climate Finance and Systems in 3 weeks than in 3 years of university.
- Remote Freedom: We start with an intensive sprint in Windhoek. Once we trust you, you can work from anywhere.
- The Network: You will be handling data for the biggest financial players in the country.
- Real Impact: This isn't theoretical. This system will unlock millions in funding for Namibia.
What We Offer
The Deal: We offer a performance-based stipend of NAD 2,000 – 4,000 per month.
The Value: We are not paying you for your time; we are paying for your output. If you are fast and accurate, you earn the top tier.
The Outcome: If you survive this project, you will have a CV that opens doors in the UN, Banking, and Advisory sectors.
If you are Tech savy ... even better... we will enable you further!
The Contract
Project-based sprint. NAD 2,000 – 4,000 monthly stipend. We pay for value and speed, not just for you showing up.
The "Master Class"
Forget textbooks. You will learn Odoo, Climate Finance Strategy, and Database Architecture in real-time. This CV experience is worth more than the cash.
High-Level Access
You aren't fetching coffee. You are handling data for MEFT, the UN, and major banks. You will see how the sausage is made.
The Freedom
Hybrid Model. We do an intensive in-person onboarding in Windhoek, then you work remotely. As long as the work is done, we don't track your hours.
